Integrative Care for Trauma, PTSD, and Stress — For First Responders & Veterans

FlowState Therapy is a clinician-led, research-informed clinic offering evidence-based care. Our services include psychotherapy, neurofeedback, nervous system regulation, and medically supported treatments that safely access non-ordinary states of consciousness. These approaches are shown to promote neuroplasticity, deepen emotional processing, and support lasting change.

  • Evidence-based and medically supervised

  • Integrated across therapy and clinical care

  • Trauma-informed and designed with first responders and veterans in mind

How our integrative care works

1) Listen & map

We start by listening to your story, your service, your experiences. Then we map out what support might help most.

2) Co-create your plan

Together, we build a treatment plan that combines evidence-based therapy with the right tools for your needs.

3) Calibrate & support

We adjust as we go. You’re not locked into one path. Your healing plan evolves with you.

Note: Care is individualized. Experiences vary and no specific results are guaranteed. Please book a call with us to learn more.

What Your Healing Plan May Include

Psychotherapy

Trauma-informed therapy to process difficult experiences and find new ways to cope.

Trauma & PTSD-Focused Care

Evidence-based approaches tailored to first responders and veterans, including CBT and EMDR.

Neurofeedback (NeurOptimal®)

Non-invasive brain training that helps improve sleep, focus, and calm.

Psychedelic-Assisted Approaches

Clinician-supervised, carefully guided sessions for deeper trauma work.

Nervous System Regulation

Practical tools and strategies to bring your body back into balance during stress.

Who we help

We work with first responders, veterans, and adults living with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, burnout, and stress. We understand the culture of service, the impact of repeated exposures, and the toll it takes at home. You don’t have to face it alone.

Not a fit for: emergency crises that require hospital care.
